Paid tutorial access is associated with an OREYNE Academy account.
If a purchase is made while you are signed in, course access may be associated directly with your registered OREYNE Academy account, even if the billing email used for the order is different from the email address registered to that account.
If a purchase is made as a guest, you may be required to create or sign in to an OREYNE Academy account before accessing purchased tutorial content.
Where necessary, we may use purchase information to verify and associate eligible course access with your account.
Course access is personal to the authorized account holder and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or made available to another person unless expressly permitted by OREYNE Academy.
4. FREE COURSES AND SUBSCRIBER ACCESS
Some educational content may be made available free of charge to OREYNE Academy subscribers.
To access this content, you may be required to provide and verify your email address.
Free access does not create an obligation for OREYNE Academy to keep any particular class, lesson, video, or resource available permanently.
We may add, update, replace, reorganize, or remove free content at any time.
Subscription-based access may also depend on maintaining an active subscription where clearly stated.
5. DIGITAL COURSES
Digital courses may include video lessons, instructions, project demonstrations, images, written materials, or other digital content.

6. WORKSHOP + KIT ORDERS
A Workshop + Kit combines physical materials with related instructional content.
Depending on the workshop, your purchase may include a material kit, essential tools, and access to one or more step-by-step video tutorials.

For certain Workshop + Kit orders, tutorial access is not activated immediately after payment.
The physical kit may be prepared and dispatched first, and the related tutorial may then become available according to the access schedule stated for that workshop.
Once tutorial access is activated, the course will be available through My Account โ My Courses.
We may also send an email notification when access becomes available.
This delayed access structure forms part of the Workshop + Kit service and should not be treated as a failure to deliver digital content immediately after checkout.
7. MATERIAL KITS
Material Kits contain the physical materials stated on the relevant product page.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a Material Kit does not automatically include access to a complete paid workshop or digital course.
Photographs are intended to represent the materials as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because some materials may involve handmade, plated, dyed, metallic, natural, or individually finished components, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur.
Such reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, course descriptions, quantities, dimensions, and other information are accurate.
However, minor errors or variations may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or make reasonable changes to a product or course where necessary.
If a significant change affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
9. PRICES
Prices on OREYNE Academy are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise clearly stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed and paid.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
Any applicable shipping, customs, duties, or tax treatment will be governed by the policies displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
10. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

OREYNE Academy may delay or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed, appears fraudulent, or requires additional verification.
OREYNE Academy does not normally store complete payment card details itself. Payment information may be securely processed by the applicable third-party payment provider.
11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
An order is normally accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed and we begin processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, technical errors, legal restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a physical order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because physical Material Kits and Workshop + Kit orders may enter preparation shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfillment has begun or the order has been dispatched.
Digital purchases may also become non-cancellable after course access has been activated or digital content has been accessed, subject to applicable consumer law.

13. SHIPPING
Physical products are subject to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
For physical orders with a merchandise total of more than US$50, worldwide shipping is free.
For physical orders with a merchandise total of US$50 or less, a flat worldwide shipping fee of US$10 applies.
Digital-only courses and digital content do not require shipping and are not subject to shipping charges.
Physical orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 5โ12 days from the order date, although delivery times may vary because of customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, transportation disruptions, destination-specific circumstances, or other events outside our reasonable control.

14. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Under our current shipping policy, OREYNE Academy covers applicable customs duties and import taxes for eligible physical orders.
Customers will not normally be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.
If an unexpected customs or import charge is requested in connection with your order, please contact OREYNE Academy before making payment so that we can assist.
Customs processing times and decisions remain subject to the relevant authorities and may occasionally affect delivery times.
15. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because OREYNE Academy sells both physical and digital products, eligibility may depend on factors such as whether the physical kit has been used, whether materials have been altered, whether digital content has been accessed, and whether an item was customized.

16. DIGITAL CONTENT AND REFUNDS
Digital products are treated differently from unused physical goods.
Once course access has been activated or digital content has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered for use, the digital portion of a purchase may no longer qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
For Workshop + Kit purchases, a refund may be reduced to account for digital content that has already been delivered or accessed, where permitted by applicable law.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through OREYNE Academy is protected by intellectual property laws where applicable.
This includes, without limitation:
course videos, photographs, graphics, jewelry designs, teaching methods as expressed in our materials, diagrams, written instructions, text, branding, logos, website design, downloadable materials, project guides, and other original content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this content is owned by or licensed to OREYNE Academy.
You may use course materials for your own personal learning.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, translate, republish, redistribute, sell, license, upload, or commercially exploit our educational content without written permission.
18. RECORDING AND REDISTRIBUTION
Recording OREYNE Academy course videos or redistributing course materials is prohibited except where expressly permitted.
