Technical measures may be used to help protect course video content.

Attempting to bypass access controls, streaming protections, domain restrictions, security tokens, digital-rights protections, or similar measures used to protect Academy content is prohibited.

7. ACCOUNT AND COURSE SHARING

Course access is personal to the authorized account holder.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with another person for the purpose of giving them access to paid content
• Allow unauthorized users to use your account to watch purchased tutorials
• Resell access to your Academy account
• Transfer paid course access without permission

The fact that a link or technical identifier can be viewed through a browser does not grant permission to copy, distribute, extract, or use the underlying content outside the authorized Academy experience.

9. WATERMARKS AND CONTENT IDENTIFICATION

OREYNE Academy may apply visible or invisible identification measures to course videos, photographs, documents, or other materials.

You may not intentionally remove, obscure, crop out, alter, or defeat:

Removal of such information does not remove the underlying intellectual property rights.

Saving or viewing an image through the website does not grant a license to republish it.

Purchasing an OREYNE Academy course does not automatically grant a license to use Academy course materials to teach others commercially.

• Course structures
• Downloadable resources
• Branding

as materials for your own paid class, workshop, membership, or commercial training program without prior written permission.

13. TRADEMARKS AND BRANDING

OREYNE, OREYNE Academy, associated logos, brand graphics, and other brand identifiers may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other rights where applicable.

You may not use OREYNE Academy branding in a manner that:

• Suggests an unauthorized partnership
• Suggests endorsement or certification by OREYNE Academy
• Confuses customers regarding the origin of products or courses
• Impersonates OREYNE Academy
• Creates a misleadingly similar educational or commercial identity

without permission.

14. USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily send OREYNE Academy feedback, suggestions, comments, or ideas about our website, courses, or services, you retain any rights that applicable law gives you in your original submission.

You grant us permission to use that feedback internally to:
