Wire work places repeated pressure and friction on the fingertips, especially during longer crochet or shaping sessions.
This soft protective tape can be wrapped around the fingers before you begin working, helping create a comfortable barrier between your skin and the wire.
It is particularly useful for beginners who are still learning how to control wire tension, as well as makers working on projects that require repeated pulling, wrapping or shaping.
Use only as much tape as needed around the areas of the fingers that come into contact with the wire.
