Today, we’re making this flower.

Bend the wire into a loop, insert the hook, yarn over, and pull through. Tighten the wire tail to secure the knot.

Make 5 chain stitches. After each stitch, slide the loop toward the middle-back of the hook to keep the stitches even.

Slip stitch into the first chain to form a closed ring.

Now make the petals.

From the first stitch, make 12 chain stitches, then slip stitch back into the starting stitch to form one petal.

Move to the next stitch and repeat.

Continue until you have 5 petals.

Leave about 5 cm of wire and cut.

Wrap the wire tail a few times to secure it, add a bead, then pass the wire through the opposite side and secure again.

Gently shape the petals.

Keep the chain stitches even so the petals stay consistent in size.

The flower is finished.

Attach it to a ring band for a ring, or add ear hooks for earrings.
