We carefully check and pack every physical order before it begins its journey to you.

Order Preparation

Material Kits and Workshop + Kit orders are carefully checked and prepared before dispatch.

Where an item is ready to ship, we will prepare it for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible.

Some kits may require additional preparation depending on the selected project, materials, customization, or current availability.

The availability and preparation information shown on the individual product page provides the most relevant status for that item.

Worldwide Shipping

OREYNE Academy offers worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout.

For physical orders with a merchandise total of US$50 or less, a flat worldwide shipping fee of:

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

Eligible complimentary shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required.

Digital-only courses and other products that do not require physical delivery are not subject to shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most OREYNE Academy physical orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

5–12 days from the date your order is placed.

This estimate includes normal order preparation and international transit time.

Depending on your destination, your parcel may be transported by an international logistics provider and later transferred to a local courier or postal service for final delivery.

Delivery times may occasionally vary because of:

• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Customs procedures
• Peak shipping periods
• Transportation disruptions
• Destination-specific circumstances
• Other events outside our reasonable control

The 5–12 day timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

All physical OREYNE Academy orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking link.

No additional confirmation is required from you.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to begin showing movement in the carrier’s system.

For international shipments, the original tracking number may continue to be used after the parcel reaches the destination country, or additional local carrier information may become available.

Temporary gaps between tracking updates are normal during international transit and do not necessarily mean that your parcel has stopped moving.

Duties & Taxes

For most international shipments, applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by OREYNE Academy where supported by our shipping service.

Customers will not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes simply because an order is shipped internationally.

However, customs procedures and import requirements vary by destination. In some countries or regions, local customs authorities or delivery carriers may apply charges directly to the recipient.

If you are asked to pay an unexpected customs duty, import tax, or similar charge, please contact OREYNE Academy before making payment whenever possible.

We will review the charge and assist you with the appropriate solution.

Where an eligible import charge is collected directly from you despite our shipping arrangement, we may ask you to provide a receipt or other proof of payment so that we can review the charge and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customs clearance procedures are controlled by local authorities and may occasionally affect delivery times.

Material Kits

Products marked as Material Kit or Materials Only contain the physical materials specified on the individual product page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a standalone Material Kit does not automatically include access to a complete paid workshop or digital course.

Please review the individual product page before ordering to confirm exactly what is included.

Workshop + Kit Orders

Products marked as Workshop + Kit combine physical project materials with related instructional content.

Depending on the individual workshop, your purchase may include:

• A project-specific Material Kit
• Essential tools where specifically stated
• One or more step-by-step video tutorials

The exact contents of each Workshop + Kit are listed on its individual product page.

Course Access for Workshop + Kit Orders

For certain Workshop + Kit purchases, tutorial access may not be activated immediately after payment.

The physical kit may be prepared and dispatched first.

The related tutorial will then become available according to the access schedule stated for that workshop.

Once access has been activated, the tutorial will be available through:

My Account → My Courses

We may also send an email notification when your tutorial becomes available.

You do not need to contact us separately to request access unless you experience an account or course-access issue.

Digital-Only Courses

Courses or learning content sold without a physical kit do not require shipping.

Where a product is clearly marked as Digital Only, access will be provided according to the access terms shown on the relevant course or product page.

No physical shipping fee applies to digital-only purchases.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Once an order has already shipped, however, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided with the order may remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Delayed Shipments

International tracking may occasionally remain unchanged for several days while a parcel is moving between countries, customs facilities, transportation hubs, or local delivery partners.

This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

If your order is significantly outside the expected 5–12 day delivery period, please contact us and we will review the tracking information with you.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your parcel may be lost, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment with the carrier and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

A parcel will not normally be considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or your Material Kit appears to be missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the package
• Clear photographs of the contents received

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Multiple Items in One Order

Whenever possible, items from the same order will be shipped together.

In some circumstances, an order may be divided into more than one shipment because of material availability, package size, fulfillment requirements, or other operational reasons.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because OREYNE Academy chooses to divide your order into multiple shipments.
